Now that we are all home and homeschooling our kids, I thought it would be a good idea to share with you some of the resources we have been using these past few days. So many companies and organizations have opened their hearts to the country and have shared free activities with us and our children. I know I appreciate it so much so I hope you do too!
For reference, I have a first grader. I will only be linking the resources we are actually using. There are many, many more options but I just wanted to share the ones that worked for us.
The National Museum of American History – We have done the Build a Sod House and Got Ramps? activity so far and have enjoyed both.
Kiwi Co – We already subscribe to their boxes (which we love!) but they put together a site with a bunch of activities based on age range. We have tried quite a few already in the 2-4, 5-8 and 9-11 age groups. Want to try their crates? Click here for $10 off!
Scholastic – We have been using the Grade 1-2 activities. The spider animal study was so much fun (and I learned a lot about spiders that I didn’t know before!).
